This course is ideal for candidates who lead teams and develops their staff for better performance and better productivity. Ideal candidates would be Heads of Department, Managers, Senior Managers and senior figures within organisations.

To be successful in this course, the candidate must complete 8 units in total, this includes 6 mandatory units and 2 optional units.

Mandatory Units:

• Evaluate and develop own practice
• Develop a strategy and plan for learning & development
• Identify the learning & development needs of the organisation
• Develop a strategy and plan to provide all people resources for their organisation

Optional Units:

• Manage the use of financial resources
• Review health & safety procedures in the workplace
• Identify individual learning aims and programmes
• Design learning programmes
• Prepare and develop resources to support learning
• Manage the contribution of other people to the learning process
• Conduct internal quality assurance of the assessment process.
