It also enables formal assessment of knowledge and understanding in the key areas of management. Duration & Format

The programme is delivered through regular work based sessions and one-to-one sessions. Completion is expected within 12-18 months

Programme Content

This programme requires the successful completion of 4 mandatory units and 3 optional units. The 4 mandatory units are:

• Unit 1 (B7) Provide leadership for your organisation
• Unit 2 (C3) Encourage innovation in your organisation
• Unit 3 (E7) Ensure an effective organisational approach to health and safety
• Unit 4 (F12) Improve organisational performance

Assessment Guidelines

Successful completion of an assessed portfolio of evidence. Accreditation of prior learning (APL) will be given for existing skills and experience where relevant evidence is available.
