Our diploma course is the next natural progression step to take if you are looking to work as an occupational health and safety practice co-ordinator. Our course ensures that you get a thorough grounding in the knowledge you need to promote safety awareness and to work towards making workplaces injury-free. Add to your successful completion of the course appropriate work experience and you will be on your way to membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.

Entry Requirements:
In our experience in order to be successful on this level of programme you will need one of the following:

· 60-120 UCAS tariff points - any combination

· a BTEC national award in a related subject

· an NVQ level 3 in a related subject

· equivalent qualifications or relevant work experience.

Duration: One year Course Overview
What does the course involve?:

The programme covers:
• managing health and safety
• hazardous agents in the workplace
• work equipment.

When can I study?:
Wednesdays , 9.00am - 4.30pm

Are there any exams?:
Assessment is by three written examinations, one per unit and one assignment. All assessment is externally set and marked by NEBOSH.

Instalments:
Instalments are available for course fees. A deposit of £1,012.50 per year is payable before enrolment followed by three monthly payments of £1,012.50 per year
