Career Prospects and Progression
This course leads to a formal qualification for classroom assistants and support workers. It has been developed by OCR as an OPEN ACCESS course for those working to support the development of learning for students of all ages. Progression is to the Level 3 NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.

Method of Assessment
Assessment is based on a variety of methods: observation, witness testimonies, examining the evidence of work, personal statements, written answers to questions, photographs or video/audio tapes.
