What is the Assessment Method?

Assessment is by collection of evidence through different methods such as observation, professional discussion, questioning candidate, examination of work product, etc.

What is the course about?

This course is about supporting candidates to manage and deliver physical, emotional or enable care to clients/service users.
How will the course be taught?

There will be both theoretical in-put and work place observation.

- Candidates are expected to seek support, advice and assistance if they are unclearabout what to do.

- Candidates are required to build portfolios and complete the Cumulative

- Assessment Record (CAR).

- There is equality access for candidates regardless of work setting and patterns of work.

Candidates are enabled and supported to undertake this qualification. Additionally, needs of under-represented groups are addressed, including specific needs in relation to candidates from ethnic minority communities, experiencing disability, experiencing sensory impairment.

Payment options: Fees: £2200 (International Students) Candidates are expected to pay for their registration with the awarding body separate from the tuition fees. Candidates are encouraged to discuss their specific needs with their assessors at the first meeting.
