Course programme
Have you recently swapped from Office 2003? Office 2007 looks very different doesn't it? This short course will help you to make the switch and will concentrate on Word and Excel, with other programs being looked as needed by the students.Also ideal if you are using MS Office for the first
time.
What will the course cover and how will it be taught?
The aim of the course is to introduce you to the main programs in Office 2007, and to help you make the change from Office 2003 or previous versions.
During the course we will look at:
-Specifically Word and Excel. Other programmes will be included if people wish.
-New screen layouts – use of ribbons rather than menus and toolbars
- Where to find the tools you need
-Significant developments over previous versions
-How to create, edit and save your documents
Your tutor will discuss the course content with the class and may make some adjustments to the syllabus based on the needs of the group. They will also try to accommodate individual requirements where it is practical to do so.
