About this course

The Master aims to train professionals capable of understanding and analysing international phenomena as regards politics, security or ethical dilemmas and international economy. You will be trained in social research methods to identify issues and design conflict resolution strategies. You will learn about the international legal system, you will be trained in analysis of the political economy for development and in peace and international security. You will be able to deal with conflicts regarding civil security, human rights or environmental, political and economic issues.

The master's degree targets university graduates or professionals motivated by international reality who would like to train as advisors or experts in companies, institutions or administrations. The master's degree is in-person and lasts one academic year at the IBEI, the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals.

Official bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Sufficient knowledge of English.
