Course programme

Modules

All modules are delivered online with no attendance required.

The award you receive depends on the number of credits you choose to study:

  • Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip): 120 credits
  • Master of Science (MSc): 180 credits including a 60 credit dissertation

Our online module durations vary from 10 -17 weeks. They are split between 10 and 20 credit modules and require 10-20 hours of work per week. You should set aside regular study hours to get the most out of the course.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

We offer the option of studying individual modules, so you can pick and choose modules relevant to your line of work or personal interest. Standalone modules are ideal if you are not particularly interested in gaining a qualification but wish to learn about the modules we offer.

Entry Requirements

A 2:2 honours degree, or international equivalent, in a relevant discipline and working in the healthcare profession or related field. We will consider applications on an individual basis if you have lower or non-standard qualifications and are working in the healthcare profession or related field.

You will also need to nominate a work place mentor to provide professional and specialist advice and guidance to support your progress through the course. View detailed entry requirements.
