Organic Leadership: A 21st Century Vision
DescriptionComplexity Theory is a globally recognised
term for the interaction of management, leadership, uncertainty, risk,
knowledge, learning, creativity and the connectivity in complex human
systems. Effective managers question management practice and are becoming
more critical about their role, often resulting in effective progress
towards altruistic and commercial gains.

is recognised on a global level, including advocates such as Shell, BP and

big way. His aim in life is to make Welsh organisations democratic, fun
and enjoyable places to work. He wants to inspire organisational vision
driven by the needs and passion of the people integral to an organisations
sustainability, creativity and innovation: its employees, customers and
end consumers. Paul is Founder/Director of DNA Wales Network and is
Director of the Welsh Research Unit, Governance & Leadership (WRUGL).
