What you'll learn on the course
By the end of the course you would have prepared and cooked up to 5 dishes suitable for a meal with Oriental flavours with which you can impress your family and friends.
We will discuss:
Shopping, storing and preparation of ingredients
Spices, spice pastes and Oriental flavourings
Cooking seafood, poultry and meat
Cooking rice and noodles
Cooking suitable accompaniments
Storing, Reheating and Presentation of prepared dishes
What you will need
Please note that you will be required to purchase the ingredients for this session. You will also need an apron, tea towels and containers to take the food home.
