The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership programme is designed for managers who have the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance. The qualification requires managers to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing the organisation’s strategy.The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership has been developed to produce graduates with skills to understand the business environment in which they operate and to align good strategic decision making to maintain their organisations competitive advantage. To achieve this learners learn through an integrated approach of theory and practice using real-time activities. Successful completion of this diploma will enable learners to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing the organisation’s strategy.

About this course
This qualification reflects current practice in Strategic Management and Leadership and allows learners to develop and expand their high-level understanding of strategic management and leadership in the workplace. This qualification is suitable for mature learners with a background in academic study or industry. The qualification has a clear work-related emphasis on practical skills development alongside theoretical fundamentals.
Passing the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (RQF) enables learners to progress into or within employment and/or continue their further study. OTHM has progression arrangement with a number of UK universities that acknowledges the ability of learners after studying Level 7 qualifications to be considered for advanced entry into masters/top-up programmes.
Learner must fulfil at least one of the following criteria to be allowed entry to the qualification:
Possession of an honours degree in a related subject
Possession of a level 6 qualification from a recognised awarding body
Five years management experience (learners must check with the delivery centre / college regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme)
Successful completion of the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification will equip learners with the key skills and capabilities to become an effective strategic manager. The qualification also allows learners to progress into or within employment and/or continue their study towards an MBA with advanced standing.
Here are the steps to follow to complete enrolment
Step 1: Complete Online Enrolment form
Here we need you to upload while completing the enrolment form - Proof of identity (Passport or Photo Drivers Licence), previous qualifications, which would include Bachelors or work experience letter.
Step 2: UK Versity Online will issue an Conditional Offer Letter
The offer letter with have details of the Bank and a payment plan if you choose to pay in instalments.
Step 3: Registration with awarding organisation and send out an induction pack
This will take 7-10 days depending on your location
Step 4: Online Induction with Tutor and general overview of the course
This will involve login to UK Versity Learner Management System (LMS)
