OTHM Professional Certificate

This qualification will help team leaders and supervisors and those who want to rise to the first tier of management.Modules

The OTHM Certificate consists of 4 modules:

  • Introduction to Travel, Tourism and Hospitality
  • Introduction to the Business Environment
  • Introduction to Business Communication and Customer Care
  • Introduction to Business and Finance

Each module requires 45 hours of classroom teaching.

Assessment

Each module is assessed by a three hour written examination.

Progression

On passing the OTHM Certificate, members will be eligible to be considered for OTHM Diploma course.
