About this course
Delegates should have some working knowledge of using a Windows based PC, (Preferably Vista) or they should have completed the Introduction to Windows course. Delegates should feel at ease performing tasks such as arranging, sizing and switching between Windows. Previous use of a keyboard and mouse is assumed for this course.

- Create a new folder to store emails from a particular person or group
- Customise Outlook so that your signature and background show on all new emails
- Create an appointment to arrange a team meeting, check the availability for all the people attending the meeting
