Course Description
This is a day release, advanced practical training course for people who are working in either a professional kitchen environment, or front of house restaurant environment; the training programme develops comprehensive skills and knowledge to a high level suitable for any of these related hospitality environments. The course is made up of a series of theoretical supervisory based units, which can be interpreted according to your working environment and the responsibilities you hold within it. These include:
Leadership
Customer relationships
Productive working relationships
Controlling resources
Supervising food production operations
Supervising a function
Contributing to the promotion of a hospitality service
Supervising a food service
Supervising a reception
Contributing to menu development.
