What qualifications will I need?
Interest and enthusiasm. Minimum age 16. Tetanus protection is recommended.
What will I be learning about?
- Tong making
- Forge welding
- Scrollwork (bevel scroll, split fishtail, halfpenny)
- Die'making
- Decorative twisting
- Decorative punching
What materials are required?
Stout footwear and old clothes. Remove rings and bracelets (health and safety requirement). Tetanus protection is recommended.
