The part-time Biomedical Science BSc (Hons) is a four-year course, developed with practising biomedical scientists to provide you with the skills and knowledge required by employers to work in medically related diagnostic laboratories. The Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS) accredits this degree programme, completing your IBMS Training Registration Portfolio is an integral part of the degree. Specialist staff are in place to support students 'you' in completing the Portfolio'.

Requirement
You will normally need to have at least one of the following and GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent: - 240 UCAS points - 3 A Levels at grade CCC, including Biology and Chemistry - MMM in BTEC National Diploma - Access to Higher Education Certificate with science options - Foundation Course in Science - Mature students lacking the above but with relevant experience may apply. - Overseas students need a minimum IELTs score of 6.5 to show competence in English.
