· Course Overview: · The "Improving Assertiveness and Decision making" course covers the essential aspects of assertiveness and has activities and tasks which will enable students to present their opinions to others with confidence and assertiveness, develop their decision making skills, negotiation skills and develop their understanding of when and where to use their skills and the benefits and effects of being an assertive and confident person. The "Understanding Stress and Stress Management" course gives you an understanding of stress and how it can affect us in the workplace and in other environments will be examined and the factors creating stress will be reviewed.
