Course Content:
The course is a practical and theory-based module, which teaches you the skills, knowledge and competences required to be a Group Exercise Instructor in the context of circuit training.
The course consists of the following units:
· Plan and prepare a circuit training session
· Instruct a circuit training session
· Evaluate a circuit training session
Additional Info:
The course will take place over four Saturdays excluding the bank holiday weekend (2/5/09). Those who qualify for reduced fees will need to attend college in person during the application process to provide necessary evidence.
