Ballroom Dancing

Level: introduction

Course content:
This is a participation class and you can come without a partner, please wear suitable shoes with a small heel and not trainers.

Course Structure:
The course will include demonstration and one to one tuition in:
Basic steps of ballroom dances e.g. waltz, quickstep, foxtrot, tango)
Basic steps of some Latin-American dances e.g. Rumba, Samba, Jive, Cha Cha)
- Basic steps of some alternative rhythm dances e.g. Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Bossa Nova
