About this course
You should hold an NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or anequivalent qualification. You must have completed all NVQ Level 2 units within the allocated time, achieved a minimum of 90% attendance at Level 2 and received exemplary references from all Level 2 tutors.

Course aims:
This vocational course will extend your skills as a Beauty Therapist and prepare you for work in salons, hotels, health and fitness spas, airlines, cruise liners and department stores in the UK or overseas.
On successful completion you may also wish to continue with further study in Nail Technology or associated therapies such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy or Advanced Massage which are offered as part-time courses.

- Head & body massage using pre-blended aromatherapy oils
- Face & Body electrical treatments
- Health & Safety
- Salon Management
- Financial Planning & Business Effectiveness
- Indian Head Massage
- Anatomy & Physiology.

If you are under 19 on 31st August 2009 you do not have to pay Tuition Fees, the College Registration, Awarding Body Registration or Exam/Assessment Fees. However, you will have to pay any Resource Fees. Under 19s entering Higher Education will have to pay full costs.
