Modules

The award consists of 4 mandatory units: Evaluate and develop own practice; Support learners by mentoring in the workplace; Support and advise individual learners; Monitor and review progress with learners.

Method of Assessment

Assessment is based on observation, evidence from the workplace, witness testimonials and professional discussion, all presented in a portfolio. This process is co-ordinated by college staff.
