Summary:

This course is designed for Electrical / Electronics Engineering technicians working in Engineering or Maintenance. It extends the knowledge of those who have achieved a BTEC National Engineering qualification.

Course Length:
Two Years
Entry Requirements:

BTEC NC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a BTEC NC in Operations and Maintenance Engineering or A levels in Maths and Physics.

Alternatively, appropriate experience if single modules are required.

Career Progression:
After the course you may decide to "Top-up" the qualification to a HND. Alternatively, you may be able to progress to a Degree course or continue your career.

Full Description:
For someone who has done A levels in Maths and Physics it could be used as an intermediate step towards an Engineering Degree course. The course would be useful to such a person wanting to move into an Engineering career.
