1. BTEC National Certificate/Diploma or Higher National Certificate or Foundation Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Building Services Engineering. and/or 2. Pursue a career as a trainee technician in the following construction fields: Architectural Design - Construction Management - Building Surveying - Quantity Surveying - Property Management - Land Administration - Land Surveying - Town Planning.
