Course Content:
This programme provides basic introduction training and knowledge for those seeking employment in the construction industry. It does not give an NVQ or provide competency of skills. You will sample 8 units from the construction industry covering: Carpentry Brickwork Painting Electrical Plumbing This multi skilling is recognised in the industry and will provide a sound basis for employment opportunities or progression onto specialist programmes.

How will I be Assessed? :
8 units are each assessed by a write up and a practical assignment to the required standards after guidance and practice.

Entry Requirements:
A minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade E or above including English or Maths or an appropriate indication of ability from an initial assessment.
