If you would like to maximise your effectiveness as an instructor, consider the Train the Trainer workshop from Stand&Deliver. This ILM-accredited program achieves a balance between theory and actual training practice with expert coaching and guidance.
The practice sessions involve all participants, and together each person's training content and delivery will be reviewed. Each attendee receives the benefit of individual feedback and a comprehensive resource manual with tips & techniques. Participants will also understand learning theory and the responsibilities of an effective trainer. The main objectives of the course are for delegates to understand how adults learn and, taking this into account, be able to design, prepare and deliver effective training during a training practice session.
This practical course lasts 12 hours divided in two days, and can be delivered both in Stand&Deliver facilities or as in-house training. Course advertised in Emagister.co.uk.

About this course
This course covers learning theory, practical opportunities with expert coaching and feedback. Limited numbers ensure maximum benefit for delegates.
This course is aimed at those new to working in a training role and those wishing to review, refresh and improve their training skills.
There is a practical element within the course where you will be required to deliver a short training session. It will be helpful If you could bring details of information or an activity (including any props/materials ) that could be used in a training session (business or other). Equipment available : Flip chart, data projector and screen.
