· Course Overview: · This qualification is an introduction to level one computerised accounting. An understanding of manual book-keeping is not essential but candidates will need to know and apply knowledge about creating a set of computerised business accounts, entering and creating account codes, dealing with a variety of transactions through the customer, supplier and nominal ledgers to produce a series of reports for managers and customers. Stock transactions will also be completed but are not examined.

An interest in the subject area and practical work experience would be a distinct advantage.
