Who is the course for?
This course is for students who wish to work towards a qualification in a chosen vocational area, but would benefit from a pre-vocational preparation course to ease this transition.
What is the course about?
This course will give you the opportunity to gain basic skills in construction crafts (Brickwork, Joinery and Painting/Decorating) and also develop wider employability skills.
Will I need anything else?
Overalls and Safety Boots must be worn in all workshop sessions.
Pens, pencils and ring binders.
All tools will be provided in practical sessions
How long & often do I attend?
Approximately 17 hours per week for 36 weeks
