These short courses are for beginners or more experienced cooks keen to explore and learn new skills. You will cook a variety of sweet and savoury dishes to take home. A list of ingredients and equipment needed will be supplied before each class.
Autumn Term:
- Best of British - classic British fare from Lands End to John OGroats!
- Christmas cookery - a mix of international and traditional dishes for the festive season
Spring Term:
- Quick and Easy Takeaways - a selection of easy dishes to make at home to save you money in credit crunch times!
- Mediterranean cookery - visit a different country each week, and try out some tasty dishes.
Summer Term:
- Soups and Sweets - wholesome homemade soups and tasty puds to impress your friends
and family.
- International cookery - try some classic dishes from far away destinations - passports not required!
