Applicants should have reached a reasonable standard of education and possess the necessary motivation, commitment to study and awareness of the demand of the programme. All applicants will be required to attend an interview and undertake an initial assessment.

After the successful completion of the Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship, Apprentices will gain the following awards:
NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service;
Customer Service Technical Certificate;
Key Skills Application of Number Level 2; and
Key Skills Communication Level 2.
ASSESSMENT STRUCTURE Assessor visits the workplace monthly to assess qualification progress
