Course Description
This programme provides a base from which to build and develop the skills and knowledge required for a future management career. The course covers two modules of the Diploma in First Line Management - Developing Individuals & Teams and Improving Team Performance. Successful candidates are encouraged to continue on to the Diploma at Level 3.

Entry Requirements
Candidates should be team leaders, supervisors or junior/first time managers. A skills assessment will need to be completed and work experience will be discussed at interview.

Assessment Methods
Learners will undertake one external written assignment. Coursework for the remaining unit will be by written assignment and practical work.
