This 3 hour session will allow you to discover the world of transferring, downloading, converting and playing compressed music files using a computer and Digital Music Player.
What qualifications will I need?
No formal entry requirements.
Please bring a few of your own favourite music CDs and a blank CDR.
What will I be learning about?
During the session we look at copying and converting music from your CDs and the internet onto a PC and into a format that will play on your PC or portable player.
We will explore copyright laws and Internet Sites from which you can legally download your favourite artist's albums and single tracks.
What materials are required?
Please bring a few of your own favourite music CDs and a blank CDR.
