Introduction
If you would like to develop your English language skills, especially if you are in need of a formal qualification, this course is for you. Working around a core study programme, you will have the chance to build writing fluency as well as increasing your knowledge of computers and audio visual learning techniques.

Description
Students will be able to express themselves and answer questions on a wide range of topics in spoken and written form. Students will follow a core programme of study and work towards gaining a full Level 1 Cambridge ESOL Skills for Life qualification in Speaking & Listening, Reading & Writing.

Duration
Up to 36 weeks

Method of Study
The course consists of classroom work, computing, audio visual aids and visits to places of interest.

Progression
Successful completion of this course could lead to further ESOL study at Level 2, gaining a place on a mainstream vocational course or employment.
