What qualifications will I need?
Minimum Age 18. Recommended one A level (preferably Science), National Diploma in related subject, RFS in Arboriculture or GNVQ Advanced. Those with Certicate of Higher Education in Arboriculture or HNC do final year of study.
Mature students without formal qualifications will be considered.

A theory based course with some visits, practical sessions and individual research projects.

Where will it take me?
Further study to a BSc (Hons) at other UK institutions.
Career opportunities include senior management, contract managers, consultancy.

What materials are required?
Basic stationery and writing materials. Suitable outdoor clothing and students must wear steel toe'capped boots for practicals.
