Career Prospects and Progression

The majority of students following these courses are mature students who are studying for pleasure or because they intend going on holidays or to live in France. However, these language units would certainly enhance the student`s job opportunities if appropriate. The majority of candidates decide to move on to the GCSE programme after 2 years on the course on average.

Method of Assessment

Portfolios and tapes or CDs to show evidence of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are presented for moderation in July. No formal examination.
