What will I learn?
A Total of 8 units involving 4 mandatory and 4 optional Mandatory : Deal with communications as part of a reception team, maintain a safe hygienic and secure working environment, contribute to effective teamwork, give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation Optional units: deal with the arrival of customers, deal with bookings, prepare customer accounts, maintain and deal with payments, prepare and print documents, handle mail and book external services, resolve customer service problems, enter retrieve and print data.
How will I be assessed?
You'll will be assessed through Observations Evidence from work, Knowledge and understanding A portfolio of eveidence will be created to demonstrate your skills
What can I do after the course?
Depending on your job role you can progress onto and business administration NVQL3, NVQL3 in customer service or a NVQL3 in Hospitality management front office.
