With the growth in awareness surrounding the health giving properties of fruit and vegetables, and the mainstream phenomenon of herbal medicines, this programme provides students with an introductory knowledge and practical skills in plant propagation and production. You will focus on plants with medicinal properties and, as well as learning about the science of growing to maximise production.
