Part-Time HNC MEDICINAL HORTICULTURE

With the growth in awareness surrounding the health giving properties of fruit and vegetables, and the mainstream phenomenon of herbal medicines, this programme provides students with an introductory knowledge and practical skills in plant propagation and production. You will focus on plants with medicinal properties and, as well as learning about the science of growing to maximise production, you will gain a basic understanding of plant chemicals and an introduction to business.

Entry Requirements

80 UCAS points: 1 A level at Grade C or above or National Diploma at PPM or equivalent supported by GCSEs. Life experiences will be taken into consideration.
