Practice Competence Requirements: . Direct entrants MUST provide evidence that they have achieved the level of competence in community/voluntary work required for entry. . They may do so by a variety of means, e.g. through acquiring appropriate qualifications or certificates, e.g. National Certificate Modules in a related area e.g. Community Development, or through the provision of detailed references from their employer or an organisation for which they have worked in a voluntary capacity.
