ILM CERTIFICATE IN FIRST LINE MANAGEMENT LEVEL 3

Who is this course for?

The Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management aims to give practicing and potential managers the foundation for their formal development. The two main objectives of the course are to assist participants in gaining the basic knowledge required by a first line manager and to develop basic management skills.
