Course Features
Course normally delivered one day per week for four weeks but alternative arrangements can be made where large enough groups have different attendance requirements.
80? attendance is compulsory before candidates are permitted to take the examination.
The course fee is inclusive of Lunch and morning coffee.

European Legislation to food quality and safety Supervisory Management - the importance and application of the techniques involved in monitoring and controlling food standards.

A two hour multiple choice paper.
