Course Content
  • Understand Health and Safety requirements related to the safe use
  • of tools and equipment
  • How to prepare walls and ceilings for decorating
  • Use of various fillers and decorators caulk
  • Apply the correct techniques in using a brush, roller including cutting neat edges
  • How to apply primer undercoat, emulsion, and gloss paint
  • Setting out for wallpapering
  • Cut, paste and hang wallpaper
  • Cutting around obstructions such as windows, sockets and switches
