What will I need to follow the course?

What will I study?
You will study each of the units listed below. Mandatory units: Moving agricultural goods around the farm. Health and safety at work. Collaborative skills. Animal care and health. Communication and record keeping. A range of optional units will be available.
Will I have to sit any examinations?
There will be no examinations but you will be assessed continuously during the course.
What will I have at the end of the course?
On successful completion of the course, you will be awarded an NVQ 1 or 2 in Livestock Production.
What next?
Having completed NVQ 2 you will be able to enrol on a full-time course at the College, or seek employment in land-based industries.
