Marketing Introductory Certificate
The course aims to provide students who have little or no previous experience of marketing with the building blocks of marketing knowledge, by introducing the basic tools and exploring their use through studies of contemporary practice. The objectives of this Introductory course are:

  • To highlight the importance of understanding how customers make buying decisions, and the factors that affect those decisions
