MEAT TRAINING COUNCIL: MEAT PROCESSING SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT (NVQ LEVEL 3)

Who is this course for?

You will be prepared for positions at supervisory management level within the meat industry. Eight units of study are undertaken. The course is assessed by the use of an NVQ log book system. The log book is used to assess your competency in each skill as you go along.

Attendance Part-Time
How will I be assessed? Assessment will include written, oral and practical tests. These will take place at the College and in the workplace. Students will also be required to complete an intermediate food hygiene certificate.
