Course Content

This short course in Nutrition may be studied as a part time option in the evening or in the day time. It will provide the skills necessary to consult with clients, analyse their current diet and design an individual diet plan which will enable them to meet their diet goals.

Course Features

This course provides a practical approach to individual diet analysis and prescription.

Students learn the principles of dietary analysis by evaluating their own diet.

This course can be studied part time in the evening or daytime.

There are no formal qualification required for entry to the course.

As well as nutritional theory you will also study the digestive and excretory subjects.
Career Prospects and Progression

A useful additional skill for any therapist to have. You will have the knowledge for self use or to provide nutritional advice to your clients.

Method of Assessment

Written assignments, one case study and a multiple choice paper in Health + Safety / Employment Standards.
