Course Content:
This course is designed to give learners a range of customer service skills which will enable them to carry out their role more effectively, by preparing them to deliver good customer service and provide customer service within the rules. All training will take place within the workplace.

How will I be Assessed? :
Takes place in a variety of ways: observation within the workplace, collection of written testimonies, oral questioning.
