Course Content:
This course covers: how a restaurant operates, silver service, flamb, how to run a bar, make cocktails, dispense alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and waiting skills. All training will take place within the workplace.

How will I be Assessed? :
Takes place in a variety of ways: observation within the workplace, collection of written testimonies, oral questioning, a formal assessment of knowledge.
