Course Content:
You will learn how a restaurant operates, silver service, flambe, how to run a bar, make cocktails, dispense alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You will also learn waiting skills, be assessed in a realistic working environment and use work packages relating to food service. You will be expected to wear a waiter's uniform.

How will I be Assessed? :
By observation and a formal assessment of knowledge.

No formal qualifications are required, but learners will be at an advantage if they are working in the industry
