Course Details

This course will contribute to the knowledge and understanding required to work within a bar and a restaurant environment. The course includes: Health and Safety Preparation of a Restaurant Table Service Silver Service Customer Care Communication Skills Cashiering Preparation of a Bar Bar Service Wine Service

Qualifications required:
Ability to work with others. Evidence of competence from workplace to enable you to progress and an enthusiasm for restaurant work. Have good communication skills. Grades A-D at GCSE or NVQ Level 1 in Catering.
