Applicants for this course need to have already completed ECDL Level 1 or New CLAIT Level 1.

Suitable For

This course is for those who have followed a beginners' course, such as OCR New CLAIT or the European Computer Driving Licence Level 1; it allows students to build on previously developed skills.

Course Content

This is a tutor led class with the two most popular units being offered plus the compusory unit. The compulsory unit is: Integrate e-document Production. Extra Units are: Spreadsheets, Charts & Graphs and On-line Communication.

Candidates who achieve al lthree units will be awarded the OCR Level 2 Certificate for IT Users (CLAIT Plus).

Method of Assessment

Assessment is by practical assignments. Units are assessed internally by local assessors before being sent to the awarding body for external assessment.
