Is the course for me?
It is to provide college-based workshop training and technical theory required to achieve a Level Two Technical Certificate in Plumbing. This certificate will go towards achieving a full Level Two NVQ qualification in plumbing when employed.

What will I learn?
You will train towards the 11 theory modules: Safety, Basic Principles, Basic Processes, Cold Water, Hot Water, Central heating pipe work, Sanitation, Electrical Supply and Earth Continuity; Sheet Lead Weathering, Environmental Awareness in Plumbing, Effective Work Relationships. There is a substantial amount of workshop training which includes sheet lead weathering and a full bathroom installation.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed on eleven multiple choice modular examinations
